1. Policy Overview
This Restricted & Prohibited Services Policy defines the categories of services, content, and activities that SeenLoop LLC will not provide, support, or facilitate under any circumstances. This policy is maintained in compliance with Stripe's Terms of Service, Visa and Mastercard network rules, and applicable US federal and state law.
All clients and prospective clients are required to review this policy before placing an order. Submitting an order constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these restrictions. SeenLoop reserves the right to decline any project at its sole discretion, even if not explicitly listed here, if it is determined to be contrary to our values or legal obligations.
This policy is reviewed quarterly and updated as needed to reflect changes in payment processor requirements, regulatory developments, and industry best practices.

4. Payment Processing Policy
SeenLoop uses Stripe as our exclusive payment processor for all transactions on our platform. Stripe, as a licensed payment service provider, maintains its own list of prohibited and restricted business categories as part of their Terms of Service and agreements with Visa, Mastercard, and other card networks.
As a Stripe merchant, SeenLoop is contractually bound to enforce these restrictions. We cannot accept payment for any service or project that falls within a Stripe-prohibited category, regardless of whether it may otherwise appear permissible under this policy.
Prohibited categories under Stripe's guidelines include but are not limited to: certain high-risk financial services, specific nutraceutical and supplement products, certain telemarketing business models, and others as defined by Stripe.
For a comprehensive and current list of Stripe's prohibited business types, we encourage clients to refer to our processor's guidelines at stripe.com/legal/restricted-businesses.
If you have questions about whether your business type is compatible with Stripe's requirements, please contact us at compliance@seenloop.com before placing an order.
5. Content Standards
In addition to the categories above, SeenLoop will not create, write, design, or publish the following types of content, regardless of the platform or medium:
- Defamatory Content: False statements of fact presented as true that damage the reputation of an individual or organization.
- Harassing or Threatening Content: Content directed at specific individuals intended to intimidate, threaten, or cause emotional distress.
- Privacy-Violating Content: Content that discloses private personal information about individuals without their consent, including doxxing materials.
- Misleading or Deceptive Content: False advertising, fake reviews, manipulated statistics, or content designed to mislead consumers in violation of FTC guidelines.
- Spam Content: Bulk unsolicited email templates, SMS blast scripts, or any content designed to circumvent anti-spam laws including CAN-SPAM and TCPA.
- Scraped or Stolen Content: Content that reproduces copyrighted material without authorization, plagiarizes existing works, or is derived from data obtained through unauthorized scraping.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients bear full responsibility for the lawful and appropriate use of all deliverables provided by SeenLoop. By placing an order, clients agree to the following obligations:
- Accurate Business Information: Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information about your business, its nature, and the intended use of all deliverables during the intake and onboarding process.
- Non-Misrepresentation: Do not misrepresent the purpose, audience, or end use of your project. Describing a project as one type of business while intending to use it for a prohibited purpose is a material breach of contract.
